Congratulations to some of our favourite spas, who'll be polishing up their speeches and buffing up their bling in readiness for the 2009 Professional Beauty Awards in March. SenSpa at Careys Manor has been shortlisted for Therapist of the Year, Residential Spa of the Year and Employer of the Year. They're up against Ragdale Hall in the Residential Spa and Employer categories, too.
Two Good Spa Spy favourites, KuBu and Royal Day Spa, are both shortlisted for Day Spa/City Spa of the Year. Three cheers for both of them!
Kudos to St Brides Spa Hotel for making the final five for Therapist of the Year again. Emma Morris won the category this year for this 5-bubble Welsh wonder -- will Jennie-Leigh Ball be able to make it a double for St Brides in 2009?
And it's not just our favourite spas who are in the running for a gong or two! The Good Spa Guide has been shortlisted for the Breakthrough Business category in the Digital Media Awards, to be held in Brighton on 27 November 2008. We'll be keeping our perfectly manicured fingers crossed...
